Major Events and Catering provides bartending, rentals, coordination, and all services for our private and corporate event clients.
What does event planning include?
Party planning for private and corporate events, plus coordination with DJs, photographers and transportation so the vendors work together. From food to rentals and everything in between. Services include DJ, photo, bar, rentals, coordination, setup, breakdown, and everything in between.
Do you provide bartending?
Yes. Bartending is one of the services Major Events & Catering offers. Host or Permitted Bars. We include tenders, setup, supplies, and booze if needed.
What rentals are available?
Tables, linens, chairs, lighting, bar equipment, and China. We provide rentals for our clients only. We do not provide outside rental-only services.
Do you offer entertainment?
Yes. Entertainment is one of the services we offer, and we coordinate with DJs.
Do you plan weddings?
Yes. Our wedding coordinators and event planners help make your special day relaxed, elegant and memory filled. Our team of event specialists includes DJs, photographers, florists, bartenders, rentals and set up, transportation, locations, and of course, catering. Our team of skilled professionals have worked many events together, which allows the event schedule to be seamless, from ceremony to cocktail hour, dinner, cake and all the way through the night. Our team will handle everything from concept to completion. All-inclusive packages available.
Do you cater tailgates, family events and fundraisers?
Yes. For tailgate parties we offer customized packages of tickets, transportation, pre-game food and beverage, autograph sessions, all-inclusive or a la carte. Past event locations include Qualcomm Stadium, Petco Park, Candlestick Park, Rose Bowl and Levi Stadium. We also do family birthday parties, kids parties and religious and cultural celebrations.
